What is the Clear Direction Communication & Team Development Program?

The Clear Direction Communication & Team Development Program provides a comparison of the manager’s emotional intelligence competencies and motivators with each of their key direct reports, and directs them on how they can best work with each person (an objective 360). The resulting Team Directory Report will include an analysis of the team’s diversities as well as the management demands that will be required by that manager, and provides counsel on how to most effectively communicate with and motivate each direct report.

What's included in the Program?

  • Kick-off call with a Clear Value Vision Consultant to discuss the manager’s direct report’s core emotional intelligence competencies and key motivators, and to walk the manager through each section of their Team Directory Report. (Note: This call is with the manager of the team only and provides invaluable counsel on best ways to manage, motivate, and communicate with each direct report.)
  • Kick-off call led by a Clear Value Vision Consultant with the entire team explaining why they took the assessment, what they receive regarding each team member’s key motivators, and how the information is going to be used going forward.
  • Team Directory Report providing the following detailed information:

     

    1. Information about the manager in relation to each of their direct reports
    2. Objective analysis and direction for each leader to more effectively motivate and lead his/her direct reports
    3. Reminders and insights about the team members that often escape busy leaders yet are crucial to effective management
    4. Appendix providing specific actions a leader can employ to motivate and direct each of his/her reports more successfully
    5. Overall team analyses (alikeness and diversity among the team) providing management counsel and insight as to how to most effectively manage the particular team
  • Follow-up Consultation by Clear Value Vision Consultant to answer questions from the team leader
